Instructions

    Dough Method:
  1. Mix Pizza dough per directions on package
  2. Form into a ball and transfer to a well oiled bowl
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside to raise until doubled in size (approx 1 hour)
  4. Remove cloth and knead in Garlic and Basil
  5. Brush with more Olive Oil Marketplace Mediterranean Herb EVOO (purchase here)
  6. On Parchment paper - stretch out dough to size preference (round/square) - using Olive Oil to prevent from sticking to paper.
  7. bake at 400 degree for 4-5 minutes to firm up crust.
    Pizza Method:
  1. Preheat Griddle to Medium high
  2. Brush griddle with thin coat of Olive Oil and cook Bacon and Chicken until done - cool and chop into cubes.
  3. In large bowl toss lettuce, a little Olive Oil Marketplace Mediterranean Herb EVOO (purchase here)and mayonnaise till well coated.
  4. Brush top side of crust heavy with Olive Oil Marketplace Mediterranean Herb EVOO (purchase here) and transfer to grill oiled side down.
  5. Brush opposite side with more Olive Oil Marketplace Mediterranean Herb EVOO (purchase here) and flip once untill lightly browned (5-7min)
  6. Reduce Heat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese across top of crust, add chicken and bacon.Wwhen cheese has melted remove from heat and add lettuce mixture, avocado and tomato.
  7. Drizzle with Olive Oil Marketplace Mediterranean Herb EVOO (purchase here).
  8. Serve and enjoy!
