Shipping Policy

Curbside/Pickup Orders

Orders can be picked up at either of our stores, located at 108 w 3rd Street, Alton, IL 62002 and 310 East Main, Belleville, IL 62220, or at any of our Events 

Two ways to order Curbside Pick-up:
1. Order Online – click “Pick-up – Alton or Belleville”
2. Call us directly at 618-304-3769 and we can put the order together for you (payment required at time of order)

To pick up your order:
Once you receive your confirmation “Ready for Pickup Time” – Give us a call 618-304-3769 when you are outside our location, and we will bring it right out to you. (please give 2-3 hour notice for same day curbside pickup)

Unfortunately we are unbale to offer our Refill program with curbside service.

Local Delivery Orders

$6 – Local Delivery Zip Codes – 62035, 62002, 62024, 62095, 62018

$8 – Local Delivery Zip Codes – 62084, 62087, 62048, 62010

In order to qualify for Local Delivery you must be within the Zip Codes listed. All deliveries are made during normal business hours. Please allow for a 1-2 day window. Once order is received and confirmed you will receive a “Ready for Pickup / Scheduled to Ship” email, (local delivery we will call you with ETA)

Shipped Orders

Orders can be placed on line at any time for your convenience. Once an order is placed, you will be required to check out and pay the invoice for the products.

*Flat Rate Shipping*

In order to qualify for $15 flat rate shipping, your order must total $75 or more before taxes and shipping.  The $15.00 flat rate applies to each address in which the order is being shipped to.

In order to qualify for FREE flat rate shipping, your order must total $125 or more before taxes and shipping. The FREE flat rate applies to each address in which the order is being shipped to.

Flat rate shipments will be sent USPS, FedEx, UPS, or delivered if local at the discretion of the shipper, based on department guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


Orders placed will be shipped in 2-3 business days after payment has been received for all charges. Shipping Insurance is included in the cost of shipping

Payment and Sales Tax

Olive Oil Marketplace accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.

We are located in the state of Illinois and are required to collect Illinois sales tax on all orders outside Illinois, for those residents the tax will be included in the final invoice cost.


We ship our orders as quickly as possible and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please contact us [email protected] ASAP at and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Simply contact us [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of the item for return authorization. Your return authorization is valid for 10 days. Upon receipt of your return, Olive Oil Marketplace will issue a refund for the purchase price of your unopened item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded; all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
