
Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive Oil Marketplace Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar - Purchase Here
- ¼ cup Olive Oil Marketplace Chipotle EVOO - Purchase Here
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 tsp Get-R-Smoked Himalayan Pink Sea Salt - Purchase Here
- 2 4 oz Chicken Breasts
Instructions
- Whisk the Raspberry Balsamic, garlic, and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt in a small bowl. Whisk in the Chipotle Olive Oil.
- Place the marinade in a glass container with the sprigs of rosemary at the bottom.
- Place the chicken in the marinade. Marinate for 1-8 hours, turning the chicken occasionally to marinate evenly.
- Remove the chicken from marinade and grill (or bake in a 400°F oven) until the chicken until internal temperature reads 165°F.
