  • Thaw shrimp while heating the oil, balsamic & mustard over a very low flame in a cast iron or similar heavy frying pan.
  • Add the shrimp, shells on.
  • Simmer over a very low heat for 30 minutes stirring to coat the shrimp with the reduced liquid.
  • Shrimp can be peeled and added to salads or eaten right out of the pan with crusty bread.
