Description

Cajun Panko – 7oz

Sprinkle panko on top of baked dips, casseroles, egg bakes, or baked mac and cheese baking. Or toast the crumbs in a pan with a little olive oil or butter, a crispy breadcrumb topping known as the poor man’s parmesan in Italy.

How To use:
Pat your desired cutlets Dry.
Dredge in Flour.
Dip in Beaten Eggs.
Coat in Breadcrumbs.
After the final coating in crumbs, allow the cutlets to rest for about 10 minutes before frying.

Baking your breaded foods is the healthiest option, but if you’re frying them, ensure that the oil is very hot. If not, your crumbs won’t seal on contact with the oil and are more likely to fall off.
If you’re cooking several breaded items, don’t try squashing too many into the pan at one time.
