
Italian Caprese

Ingredients
- 2 large fresh tomatoes
- 1 pkg fresh mozzarella cheese drained (The mini balls work great!)
- 1 T Get-R-Smoked Italian Herb Seasoning purchase here
- 1 t Salish Salt finely ground
- 1/3 c Olive Oil Marketplace House Blend EVOO purchase here
- 1 1/2 T Olive Oil Marketplace Traditional Aged Balsamic purchase here
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and cheese into small, bite-sized pieces. (or slice to stack)
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Stir again, (if stacking - cheese, tomato, cheese - drizzle some more Traditional Balsamic on top)
- serve and enjoy.
