
Indoor BBQ Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Jumbo Shrimp - Shells on
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil Marketplace Chipotle EVOO - Purchase Here
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil Marketplace White Pineapple Balsamic - Purchase Here
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard or Dijon
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt - Purchase Here
- Cracked Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp while heating the oil, balsamic & mustard over a very low flame in a cast iron or similar heavy frying pan.
- Add the shrimp, shells on.
- Simmer over a very low heat for 30 minutes stirring to coat the shrimp with the reduced liquid.
- Shrimp can be peeled and added to salads or eaten right out of the pan with crusty bread.
