Olive Oil Marketplace White Pineapple Balsamic - Purchase Here

grainy mustard
or Dijon

Cracked Pepper to taste

Instructions
Thaw shrimp while heating the oil, balsamic & mustard over a very low flame in a cast iron or similar heavy frying pan.
Add the shrimp, shells on.
Simmer over a very low heat for 30 minutes stirring to coat the shrimp with the reduced liquid.
Shrimp can be peeled and added to salads or eaten right out of the pan with crusty bread.
