- 1/2 ounce Olive Oil Marketplace Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar (purchase here)
- 1 1/2 ounces White Rum
- 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
- 5-6 Mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce Agave
- Club Soda
- Muddle the mint leaves at the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add vinegar, rum, lime juice, agave, and top it off with club soda.
- Stir until agave is combined and finish with ice cubes.
- May garnish with mint leaves.
