Penne “Caponate” Paprika & Eggplant
Ingredients: Pasta, tomato, bell pepper, eggplant, vegetable broth, sea salt, onion, porcini mushrooms, carrot, evoo, leek, parsley, celery, capers, olives, garlic, onion, orange zest. *May contain traces of soybeans, nuts, sesame seeds, tuna, coconuts, egg.
Suggestions: During cooking add 2 large tbsp of minced meat and 1/2 glass of wine.
Wine Pairing: Sovana Rosso Superiore DOC or red, still, light body wines.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
