Chocolate Raspberry Pasta Dessert



    Raspberry Sauce:
  1. In a blender, add raspberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Puree until smooth and combined.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and set aside.
  4. Combine raspberry sauce and Orange juice Concentrate.
  5. Fold whipping cream into mixture.
  6. Cook pasta 8-10 minutes and let cool completely. Serve sauce over chilled pasta.
  7. Fold some of the raspberry sauce in with the pasta and put the whipped cream with raspberry puree on top.
  8. Garnished with some Chocolate balsamic vinegar and shaved chocolate.
