Louisiana Style Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 1 pkg smoked beef sausage - Sliced
- 1.5 lb raw peeled and devained tail off shrimp
- 2 large chicken breast boneless skinless - Diced
- 1 onion - Diced
- 2 bell peppers - Diced
- 1 package celery - Diced
- 1 package carrot - Diced
- Get-R-Smoked Louisiana Style Cajun Seasoning - Purchase Here
- Get-R-Smoked Buttery Garlic All Purpose Seasoning - Purchase Here
- 1/2 Lemon - Squeeze
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cups white rice - cooked
Instructions
- Cook rice in accordance with your directions
- Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat or use your Blackstone Griddle
- Add 1/2 stick butter and saute carrots, celery, bell peppers, onion and squeeze of lemon.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of both Cajun and Buttery Garlic seasoning while cooking till desired doneness.
- Transfer to a big bowl keep covered so it stays hot.
- Dice up chicken into 1x1 cubes and cook till almost done then add smoked sausage and shrimp, Sprinkle a generous amount of Cajun seasoning when they almost done coat with the Worcestershire Sauce
- Once the shrimp, sausage and chicken are done add veggie back in, add a half a stick of butter and a little more of each seasoning to taste
- Add cooked rice and mix until everything is incorporated nice.
