
Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 6 dates pitted
- 2 oz goat cheese whipped
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Marketplace Roasted Chile Olive Oil
Instructions
- Open dates
- Fill each date with about 1 tablespoon goat cheese in each date
- Close date and roll with Prosciutto to seal. Stick it with a toothpick to stay
- Finish with drizzle of Olive Oil Marketplace Chile Olive Oil (purchase here)
