- 1/2 pound sweet cherries, pitted and sliced in half
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Marketplace Cherry Balsamic (purchase here)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Marketplace Persian Lime EVOO(purchase here)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Chill for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with grilled pork or poultry.
