Shipping Policy

Pick Up Orders

Orders can be picked up at either of our stores, located at 108 w 3rd Street, Alton, IL 62002 and 18 East Main, Belleville, IL 62220, or at any of our Events

Shipped Orders

Orders can be placed on line at any time for your convenience. Once an order is placed, you will be required to check out and pay the invoice for the products.

*Flat Rate Shipping*

In order to qualify for flat rate shipping, your order must total $50 or more before taxes and shipping.  The $12.00 flat rate applies to each address in which the order is being shipped to.

Not to be combined with any other offer.

Flat rate shipments will be sent USPS, FedEx, or UPS at the discretion of the shipper, based on department guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Payment and Sales Tax

Olive Oil Marketplace accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.

We are located in the state of Illinois and are required to collect Illinois sales tax on all orders outside Illinois, for those residents the tax will be included in the final invoice cost.

Shipping

Orders placed will be shipped in 1-3 business days after payment has been received for all charges. Shipping Insurance is included in the cost of shipping

Cancellations

We ship our orders as quickly as possible and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please contact us sales@oliveoilmarketplace.com ASAP at and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Simply contact us sales@oliveoilmarketplace.com within 7 days of receipt of the item for return authorization. Your return authorization is valid for 10 days. Upon receipt of your return, Olive Oil Marketplace will issue a refund for the purchase price of your unopened item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded; all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
