1 T brown sugar

1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
2 T Speedy Salsa mix
Refrigerate overnight for flavor
to blend.

Southwest Cornbread

1 pkg cornbread mix
1 T Speedy Salsa mix
Add Speedy Salsa to
prepared batter & bake
(add cheese if desired).

Speedy Salsa Dressing

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 T Speedy Salsa mix
Wait 30 min. to 1 day to use.

Hoppin’ Jalapeno Poppers

24 jalapenos, sliced vertically
& seeds removed
1 block cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 chopped green onion
1 T Speedy Salsa mix
8 slices bacon, crumbled
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese,
onion, Speedy Salsa mix & 1/2 the
bacon together. Fill jalapenos w/
mixture. Sprinkle rest of bacon on
top. Bake at 450 for 15 min.

Best Ever Guacamole

2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/2 can petite diced tomatoes
2 T Speedy Salsa mix
1 T lemon or lime juice (opt)
First combine mix & tomatoes, set
to side for 30 min. Then mix the
rest of the ingredients together.

Marinade

1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T Speedy Salsa mix

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork

1 lb ground beef
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chiles
1 can chili beans

Southwest Pickles

1 pint bread & butter or dill pickles
2 T Speedy Salsa mix

Caribbean Citrus Marinade

8 oz orange juice
2 T Speedy Salsa mix
Pour on seafood, pork, steaks
or chicken. Marinate 1 to 8 hrs.
