Hoppin’ Jalapeno Poppers
24 jalapenos, sliced vertically
& seeds removed
1 block cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 chopped green onion
1 T Speedy Salsa mix
8 slices bacon, crumbled
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese,
onion, Speedy Salsa mix & 1/2 the
bacon together. Fill jalapenos w/
mixture. Sprinkle rest of bacon on
top. Bake at 450 for 15 min.

2 ripe avocados

First combine mix & tomatoes, set
to side for 30 min. Then mix the
