Roasted Strawberry Feta Bruschetta

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, Strawberry Balsamic, ¼ tsp Sea Salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Toss to combine and fully coat the strawberries.
  • Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Place the strawberries in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Set aside when done.
  • Make the feta dip:
  • In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, Basil Olive Oil, garlic, ½ tsp sea Salt, cracked black pepper to taste, and water.
  • Blend until smooth, and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Spoon the roasted strawberries over half of the feta cheese. Finish the dish with a drizzle of Basil Olive Oil, cracked black pepper, and the chopped basil. Serve with the french bread. Enjoy!
