Combine shredded cabbage, apples, shredded carrots, raisins
and chopped pecans in a large serving bowl. Set aside.
Combine the lemon juice, grapeseed oil, honey, apple cider vinegar,
salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk vigorously until combined.
Pour dressing over the cabbage and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Serve with lemon
wedges on the side.
