Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil Marketplace Southwest Chipotle Marinade purchase here
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 cup low fat cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 avocado peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 tsp. lime juice
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and Southwestern Chipotle Marinade to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Add cheese, avocado and lime juice until just mixed; do not puree.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
