Frozen Yogurt Sunday Bars


    Chocolate bar
  • 2c Ground flaxseed
  • 1bg Dark chocolate
  • 2T Honey


  1. Combine yogurt ingredients in a food processor, run for 5-10 minutes. Then freeze overnight.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then add flaxseed until it slightly pulls away from the pan.
  3. Pour mixture into a sheet pan and spread evenly and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  4. Cut chocolate into squares
  5. Top with frozen yogurt
  6. Combine balsamic and honey and drizzle over frozen yogurt.
