Captain Rodney’s Boucan Italian Cheeseball

Course Appetizer


  • 4 Cups of Italian Cheese Blend shredded
  • 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 8 Ounce Block of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Toasted Pecan Pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Captain Rodneys Sweet Garlic Grilling Glaze


  • Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of Italian Cheese blend.
  • Form into ball and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Cover outside with reserved cheese, drizzle with Captain Rodney’s Sweet Garlic Glaze before serving.
