
Captain Rodney’s Boucan Italian Cheeseball
Ingredients
- 4 Cups of Italian Cheese Blend shredded
- 2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 8 Ounce Block of Cream Cheese softened
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1/2 Cup Toasted Pecan Pieces
- 1/4 Cup Captain Rodneys Sweet Garlic Grilling Glaze
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of Italian Cheese blend.
- Form into ball and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
- Cover outside with reserved cheese, drizzle with Captain Rodney’s Sweet Garlic Glaze before serving.
