Description

Honey Chile Lambrusco Vinegar is a perfectly balanced specialty vinegar with a combination of tart Lambrusco, warm serrano chile, and sweet honey. You can use it alone as a tart, sweet salad dressing or combine with our Blood Orange EVOO or Persian Lime EVOO to add a citrus twist. Mix with melted butter and some soft herbs for a brown butter sauce (great with seafood). Use as a marinade for grilled vegetables.
