
Orange and Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic Brownie Balls
Ingredients
- 1 box of your favorite brownie mix
- Olive Oil Marketplace Blood Orange EVOO - Purchase Here
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil Marketplace Chocolate Raspberry Balsamic - Purchase Here
- Sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13” x 9” glass baking pan with cooking spray.
- Following the instruction on your brownie mix substituting the Blood Orange Olive Oil for the vegetable oil - combine the brownie mix, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread with a spatula.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean with a few crumbs, about 25 minutes. Do not overbake!
- When the brownies come out of the oven and are still warm, pierce all over the brownie with a fork.
- Drizzle brownies with the Balsamic and break apart with a fork.
- Scoop with a cookie scoop to make 1-inch balls and roll between your hands.
- Roll in sugar and refrigerate until firm—about 2 hours.
