Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon shallots minced
- 3 tablespoons basil finely chopped
- 1 small clove of garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil Marketplace Basil EVOO - Purchase Here
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until emulsified.
