Ingredients
Cornbread Muffins:
- 1 Boxed Cornbread Muffin Mix - according to box directions replacing Vegetable oil with our Butter EVOO
- Olive Oil Marketplace Butter EVOO - Purchase Here
Whipped Maple Bourbon Butter:
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Marketplace Bourbon Balsamic - Purchase Here
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp Smokey Bacon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Butter Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
- Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
- Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
