Ingredients
- 1 pkg 16 oz of Olive Oil Marketplace Gnocchi Pasta (or any fun shaped pasta)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 cups chicken stock
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 2 - 16 oz packages cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta to andante
- Mix pasta, butter, mustard, water and salt bringing to a boil
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese in melted and fully incorporated
