Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat or use your Blackstone Griddle
Add 1/2 stick butter and saute carrots, celery, bell peppers, onion and squeeze of lemon.
Sprinkle a generous amount of both Cajun and Buttery Garlic seasoning while cooking till desired doneness.
Transfer to a big bowl keep covered so it stays hot.
Dice up chicken into 1x1 cubes and cook till almost done then add smoked sausage and shrimp, Sprinkle a generous amount of Cajun seasoning when they almost done coat with the Worcestershire Sauce
Once the shrimp, sausage and chicken are done add veggie back in, add a half a stick of butter and a little more of each seasoning to taste
Add cooked rice and mix until everything is incorporated nice.
