In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, Fresh Crush Rosemary Oil, salt, pepper, chopped herbs, wine and White Cranberry Pear Balsamic to form a paste.
Rub the inside and outside of the turkey with the paste
Cover and Roast at 325 degrees 15-20 min per pound. or internal temp of 175 degrees.
Optional - Uncover the last 20-30 min to create that nice browned / crispy coat.
