Make quick work of stripping herbs. The Chef’n Zip strip easily strips, collects and measures herbs. Four separate sized holes fit any woody, stemmed herbs like rosemary, thyme and tarragon. Simply inserts the herb, root first, into the appropriate sized hold and pull through. Leaves will collect in the integrated bowl and measuring cup. Measurement sizes include: 1-Tbsp, 2-Tbsp, 3-Tbsp and 1/4 cup. For fans of the metric system, sizes also in milliliters: 15-ml, 30-ml, 45-ml and 60-ml. Top-rack dishwasher safe.
