Originally from Europe, this fun, typically “twisted” treat, was introduced to America in the 18th century.  We’ve taken this timeless favorite & created a pretzel crostini to be enjoyed right out of the box as a snack, or topped with just about anything!  The options are limitless. 
Suggested Uses: Create a platter of mini pretzel sandwich melts.  Top with thinly sliced grilled steak & a dollop of creamy horseradish. Serve with ELKI’s bruschetta’s, tapenades & crostini spreads.  Wrap brie cheese & fig preserves inside prosciutto, lay on pretzel crostini for a gourmet treat.  Serve with hot artichoke dip or a hot bowl of soup.  Crumble over your favorite ice-cream & drizzle with caramel.   Enjoy with peanut butter and bananas!  Crumble over your salad in place of croutons. Enjoy!
