Ingredients: Corn, Carrots, Onions,Celery, Rice, Potatos, Red & Green Peppers, Chives, Roasted Garlic, Thyme, Red Peppers.
1 package Corn Chowder Soup Mix
10 cups of water
2 Cups Heavy Cream
4 Chicken bouillon cubes
Combine Water and boullion in a 4 qt soup pot, Bring to a boil, Add corn chowder mix, return to a boil, Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until vegies are tender. Add heavy cream reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.Salt & Pepper to taste
Serve with hot cornbread.
