Gooey Mac -N-Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg 16 oz of Olive Oil Marketplace Gnocchi Pasta (or any fun shaped pasta)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1 cups chicken stock
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 - 16 oz packages cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta to andante
  • Mix pasta, butter, mustard, water and salt bringing to a boil
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese in melted and fully incorporated
